Dr Sarah Hunt is a Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist at Monash IVF, based in Hawthorn East and Clayton.
Dr Hunt is highly qualified, having completed her fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynaecology as well as formal subspecialty training through the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists to be a certified subspecialist in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI).
She completed her medical degree at Monash University in 2007 and, after deciding to pursue a career in women’s health, commenced training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2011. Dr Hunt has worked in Obstetrics and Gynaecology for 10 years and completed her fellowship training (FRANZCOG) in Victoria across Monash Health, Mildura Base and Box Hill Hospitals. During her training, she also completed the Masters of Reproductive Medicine from the University of New South Wales and is currently completing her PhD at Monash University.
Alongside her work at Monash IVF, Dr Hunt holds public appointments at Monash Health and Monash Children’s Hospital, which allows her to contribute to the training of future doctors and women’s health specialists.
She has a calm and caring approach and is passionate about providing informed and empathetic care to her patients at what can be a challenging time.
