Dr Saha is an accomplished oral and maxillofacial surgeon and a leading expert in his field. He has undergone a total of 17 years of rigorous training to achieve his highly specialised status. He possesses an impressive academic background, holding a dental degree from the University of Melbourne, a medical degree from Monash University, and a Master of Surgery degree from the University of Sydney. This exceptional foundation has been complemented by extensive training at renowned hospitals throughout Victoria, including advanced subspecialty training in Sydney.
He underwent his specialist training after completing both medicine and dentistry, spending years of specialist oral and maxillofacial training through tertiary hospitals in Victoria, including Royal Melbourne Hospital, Royal Children's Hospital, Austin Health, Monash Health, Western Health, and Barwon Health.
Dr Saha serves as the Director of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery teaching at the prestigious Melbourne Dental School, University of Melbourne, where he oversees and guides the education of future dentists and specialists in this complex field.
In addition to his academic contributions, Dr Saha is a consultant surgeon at Monash Health, specialising in the reconstruction of complex facial injuries. He provides expert surgical care for patients with severe facial injuries, including those affecting the eyes, cheekbones, and jaw.
Dr Saha's commitment to patient care extends to his private practice, where he offers a comprehensive range of treatments. His areas of interest include:
- Wisdom teeth removal
- Dental implants (including zygomatic implants)

- Jaw surgery, including surgery for obstructive sleep apnoea
He is one of the few surgeons in Australia performing TMJ arthroscopy and complete TMJ alloplastic joint replacement.
In addition to his surgical practice, Dr. Saha is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree to extend his scope to healthcare law.
